Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries. Revenue ,Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
