Drive Performance Appraisal And Employee Development. Handle Grievance Resolution And Disciplinary Processes. Prepare Hr Mis, Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

Key responsibilities

As a Human Resource Manager, your work will include:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What you get

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
