* Fix Appointments With Prospective Clients At Different Levels From Junior Managers To Cxos * Coordinate And Follow Up With Prospects On Calls, Emails, Linkedin, And Whatsapp * Support The Sales Team In Creating Presentations, Proposals, And Client Documents * Maintain And Update Client Databases, Trackers, And Sales Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
