Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, International, Kannada, Marathi and Punjabi
