Front Desk Receptionist

Smartflex Gym is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Borivali West, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable
