Smartflex Gym is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Borivali West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office and Record keeping
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
