Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Verbal communication, Hindi and English and Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and customer-first

What you will do

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹21,000 per month.
