Society First wants to bring on a Business Development Associate for its Wakad, Pune team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Computer

• Someone confident and persuasive

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
