Society First wants to bring on a Business Development Associate for its Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. The team is filling 10 vacancies.

We Are Seeking A Dedicated And Motivated Field Executive To Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Representing Our Company At Various Locations, Managing Customer Interactions, Collecting Data, Handling On-Site Tasks, And Ensuring Smooth Operations In The Field. You Will Be Required To Work With Customers And Internal Teams To. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Presentation, CRM, Local market knowledge, Negotiation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and persuasive

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
