Society First is looking for a Business Development Associate to join its team in Wakad, Pune. The team is filling 20 vacancies. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Business Development Associate To Handle Telecalling, Schedule Client Appointments, Generate Leads, Conduct Field Visits, Meet Clients, Promote Our Services, Maintain Crm Records, And Achieve Sales Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Presentation, Target achievement
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, target-driven attitude
