Job Responsibilities:Lead The Sales In Tier-2 Cities (Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal) Recruit Agents And Channel Partners For Solar Salesvisit Potential Clients, Explain The Benefits Of Solar Energy, And Ensure Successful Installations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, CRM, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, target-driven attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
