Key responsibilities

As an Industrial Relations And Hr Manager, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
