The Telecaller Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Customers, Explaining Business Loan Products, And Generating Qualified Leads. The Role Includes Understanding Customer Requirements, Maintaining Accurate Records In The Crm, And Following Up With Prospects To Maximize Loan Conversions. The Candidate Is Expected To Achieve Daily Calling Targets While Delivering A Professional Customer Experience And Coordinating With The Sales Team For Smooth Loan Processing.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Compensation

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
