We Are Looking For A Friendly, Presentable And Confident Front Desk Receptionist With Excellent Communication Skills. The Candidate Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Visitors And Clients In A Polite And Professional Manner. Answer And Manage Incoming Calls. Handle Appointments And Basic Office Coordination.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A well spoken, organised attitude

What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
