Key Responsibilities: Support The Sales Team In Daily Administrative Tasks And Coordination Activities Assist In Processing Sales Orders, Invoices, And Delivery Schedules Maintain And Update Customer Databases, Sales Records, And Reports Communicate With Clients To Confirm Orders, Respond To Inquiries, And Provide After-Sale. What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements
