Key Responsibilities: Support The Sales Team In Daily Administrative Tasks And Coordination Activities Assist In Processing Sales Orders, Invoices, And Delivery Schedules Maintain And Update Customer Databases, Sales Records, And Reports Communicate With Clients To Confirm Orders, Respond To Inquiries, And Provide After-Sale. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
