Front Desk Receptionist

SP360 Business Consultant wants to bring on a Front Desk Receptionist for its Goregaon, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
