Spades Events is hiring a Coordinator in Shyam Nagar, Raipur. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Compliance, Financial products, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
