You Will Be Responsible For A Variety Of Tasks, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Performance Management, And Compliance With Labor Laws. What you will do

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
