Spectrum Talent Management Limited is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
