- Maintain And Update Excel Sheets For All Orders And Transactions - Prepare And Share Quotations With Clients- Coordinate With The Purchase Team For Order Processing- Maintain Accurate Purchase Records And Documentation- Ensure Proper Data Management And Reporting - Assist In Day-To-Day Back-Office Operations. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
