Your responsibilities

As a Borivali Tele Sales Job, your work will include:

• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Mutual Funds, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
