Job Responsibilities: - Handle Incoming & Outgoing Client Calls- Generate And Follow Up On Leads- Schedule Property Visits & Coordinate With Clients- Welcome And Assist Walk-In Clients At The Office- Maintain Client Database And Records- Coordinate With Sales Team For Site Visits & Closures- Handle Basic Admin And Front Desk Duties Requirements :- Good Communication Skills (Hindi/English)- Presentable Personality- Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel/Crm/Whatsapp)- Polite, Confident & Customer-Friendly Approach- Prior Real Estate Or Telecalling Experience Preferredthese Are The Basic Things Which We Need. Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
