Key Responsibilitiesmanage Day-To-Day Office Administration.Prepare Quotations, Invoices, And Purchase Orders.Maintain Physical And Digital Records.Answer Phone Calls And Respond To Customer Inquiries.Coordinate With Customers, Vendors, And Service Engineers.Follow Up On Payments, Deliveries, And Pending Work.Handle Email Communication Professionally.Update Data In Microsoft Excel, Word, And Google Sheets.Assist With Filing Gst-Related And Company Documents.Support Inventory And Stock Record Maintenance.Perform Other Administrative Tasks Assigned By Management. Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Email, Computer, Tally

Salary

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
