Sri ram garments and Footware is looking for a Salesperson to join its team in remote. Salary is up to ₹9,000/month.

Conduct Sales Remotely Through Calls, Emails, And Virtual Meetings. Qualify Leads, Present Solutions, And Close Deals Efficiently. Maintain Crm Records And Collaborate With Field Sales Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Active listening, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
