Need Customer Case Executive , Salary 15K To 20K ,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Active listening, Typing speed and Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
