The Role Includes Recruitment And Hiring, Employee Onboarding, Attendance And Performance Management, Hr Policies, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Team Coordination, Hr Reporting And Compliance. The Candidate Will Work Closely With Recruitment, Training, Operations And Support Teams To Build A Professional And Productive Workforce. Experience: 2 To 6 Years In Hr, Recruitment Or Staffing. Strong Communication, Leadership, Problem-Solving And People-Management Skills Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Work From Home - Hr Manager, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Screening, MS Excel, Payroll, Labour law basics
• Good English
• Work from home
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
