Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, International and Outbound
• Male Only
• No English required
