Your responsibilities

As a Sbi Renewal ( No Sales ), your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi
• Basic English
