Manage And Respond To Indiamart And Trade India Inquiries Promptly.Forward Relevant Inquiries To The Concerned Team Members For Further Processing.Send Product Introductions And Catalogs To Sfcl, Fptpl, And Scpl Clients.Prepare And Send Quotations For Inquiries Received Via Email Or Whatsapp.Work With Vendors To Finalize Product Specifications. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Complaint handling, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, polite attitude
