Handling Incoming/ Outgoing Courier.Making Courier Entries In Pc And In Register.Handling Phone Calls And Transferring That To Concern Dept.Scanning Documents Given By Employees And Mailing Them Individually.Handling Clients (Managing Their Food/ Snack).Data Entry On Computer.Send Festival Mailers To Employees & Clients. Handle Social Media Also.

What you will do

As a Receptionist, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English

Salary

Compensation: ₹12,500 – ₹16,000 per month.
