What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Active listening
