The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Smooth Hr Processes, Effective Manpower Coordination, And A Positive Employee Experience While Supporting Organizational Policies And Compliance Re. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and organised

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹33,000 per month.
