Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil, Telugu
