Executive Assistant

Suncorp Solutions is hiring an Executive Assistant in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable

Compensation

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
