Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
