Super Springs is looking for an Office Executive to join its team in Thane West, Mumbai. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Searching Data & Creating Excel Of It. Sending Emails & Whatsapp Messages For New Customers, Co-Ordinating With Clients Through Phone And Emails, Preparing Quotations & Taking Follow-Ups, Payment Follow-Up Of Existing Customers. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised
