Receptionist

Support Facilities Management is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Belapur, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and dependable

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
