Hotel Receptionist

Support Facility Management wants to bring on a Hotel Receptionist for its Belapur, Mumbai team. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and dependable

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
