We Are Hiring An Hr Recruiter & Admin At Surabhi Realtors, Thane West. The Role Includes End-To-End Recruitment (Calling, Screening, Scheduling), Job Posting, Candidate Coordination, Data Entry, And Maintaining Records. The Candidate Will Also Handle Basic Admin Work, Office Coordination, And Reporting. Good Communication Skills And Basic Ms Office.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, MS Excel, HRMS
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• An organised, confidential attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
