Oversee And Manage All Aspects Of Contract Labour Administration And Statutory Compliance For Our Operations.The Candidate Shall Be Responsible For The Following Duties And Responsibilities:Maintaining Complete And Accurate Records Of All Contract Labour Engaged At Site, Including Attendance And Workforce Details.Preparation, Verification, And Processing Of Monthly Wages In Compliance With Applicable Labour Laws.Ensuring Timely Compliance And Documentation Related To Pf (Provident Fund) And Esic (Employee State Insurance Corporation).Managing And Maintaining All Statutory Records, Registers, And Documentation As Required Under Labour Laws.Handling Contract Labour Licenses, Insurance Policies, And Ensuring All Statutory Obligations Are Duly Fulfilled. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
