We Are Seeking An Hr Executive To Support Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Payroll Coordination, Performance Management, And Hr Compliance In A Pharmaceutical Organization. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills, Knowledge Of Hr Processes, And Preferably Experience In The Pharma Sector. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Time management, Basic computer use, Problem solving and Communication
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are reliable and eager to learn

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
