Swaraj Banquet Hall wants to bring on an Hr Admin Executive for its Kalyan East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Screening, MS Excel, Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and organised

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
