T & M Services Consulting Private Limited has an opening for a Payroll Executive based in Dahisar East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹2,50,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Payroll, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
