Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, Preparing Minutes Of Meeting And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. And Act As Poc For Director And Hr Related Basic Work. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Typing, Data entry and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
