Talentguru is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Ichchhapor, Surat. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹70,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, good communicator attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
