Key responsibilities

As an Office Associate, your work will include:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping
