Team A4S Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Kurla, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Email etiquette, Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
