What the job involves

As a Support Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone patient and polite

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
