Team Ideal Pvt Ltd wants to bring on a Collection Executive / Leader for its Ghansoli, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month. There are 20 open positions.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Complaint handling, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient
